Guidance
[0:00] Find a comfortable seated position, closing your eyes or lowering your gaze. [0:10] Rest your hands on your lap and take a deep breath in, followed by a slow exhale. [0:30] With each breath, imagine tension leaving your body. [0:50] Allow your shoulders to relax and your face to soften. [1:10] Focus on the natural flow of your breath, in and out. [1:40] Notice any thoughts that arise, and let them drift away like clouds. [2:00] Bring your awareness back to your breathing, feeling each inhalation and exhalation. [2:30] When you are ready, take one more deep breath, and as you breathe out, gently open your eyes. [3:00] Feel refreshed and ready to continue with your day.
