Guidance
[0:00] Begin by standing comfortably with your feet shoulder-width apart. Close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose, slowly exhaling through your mouth. [1:00] Visualize a gentle wave of energy flowing from the top of your head, down through your body, and out through your feet. [2:30] Start to sway gently from side to side, allowing your arms to move up and down as if they are floating on an invisible current. [4:00] As you continue, imagine this energy wave washing away the stress and tension of the day. Let each exhale carry away any lingering worries. [6:00] Now shift your weight gently from one foot to the other, like a tree swaying in the breeze, keeping your movements slow and deliberate. [8:00] Feel your body becoming lighter, each movement an expression of peace and relaxation. [9:00] Gradually bring your swaying to a stop, and return to stillness. Take one last deep breath, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes. Remember, if you feel any pain, pause and consult a professional.
